Consists of a sturdy iron two burner gas stand with valves and our stainless steel pan with double lock joints (mechanically formed as well as soldered) and threaded tap for draw-off valve. 16" x 32" size with a volume of 5 gallons.

Easy, Accurate Finishing ...

Because it's gas fired this finishing rig gives the sugar maker the greatest possible control over the final product. Gas heat is easily adjusted and can be completely shut off when syrup reaches the cor- rect density. Operates on bot- tle gas, comes complete with stainless steel pan.
